By car

A trip through the Alps on four wheels can be an unforgettable experience. It's definitely a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Along the way, you will discover many picturesque villages and breathtaking landscapes.

The best way to reach Gosau from Salzburg is via the A10, then turn left onto Pass Gschütt Str./B166 and follow Gosausee Bezirkstraße to your destination.

The best way to reach us from Vienna is to take the A1 highway and then turn onto the B166 to Gosau.

From Munich, take the A8 highway to Golling an der Salzach, then take the A10 Lammertal Straße exit, B162 and B166 to Gosau.

Coming from Italy, we recommend taking the south highway via the A10 to the Salzburg exit, then the B99 and B166 to Gosau, Upper Austria.

P.S. There are plenty of parking spaces at the COOEE alpin Dachstein.

Free ski bus

Leave the car behind and travel from the hotel to the Dachstein West ski region with the free ski and shuttle buses. Free ski buses are available in Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Hallstatt, Obertraun, Golling, Abtenau, St. Martin am Tennengebirge and Lungötz. You can also take the free local ski buses between Gosau and Russbach.
