In our cozy COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein we offer plenty of space with around 75 tables, all furnished in the characteristic COOEE alpin style. During the summer months and when temperatures are mild, you can enjoy relaxing on our open-air summer terrace and experience the radiant rays of sunshine in the midst of the breathtaking Alpine landscape. Our breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and spoils you with a variety of delicious regional products from Upper Austria, which will give you the energy you need for an exciting day in the mountains. In addition to freshly prepared eggs, you can choose from a selection of different sausages and cheeses. A mixed fruit basket, various types of yogurt and muesli, jams, chocolate spread, porridge, butter, curd cheese, various spreads and fresh vegetables are also waiting for you. We also offer a variety of breads, croissants, rolls and pastries. For drinks, you can choose between a variety of hot drinks such as organic Julius Meinl tea (EU organic certified), cocoa and various coffee preparations such as cappuccino or melange. Dinner

At the COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein, dinner times are open from 18:00 to 20:30. If you opt for our half-board offer, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast as well as a varied dinner. In the evening, a sumptuous 3-course buffet and a salad bar await you. The evening buffet spoils you with a variety of starters, including fresh salads and soups, varied main courses (both meat and vegetarian options) with regional specialties and a selection of sweet desserts. Our kitchen team conjures up fresh and changing dishes that are prepared anew every day. We also surprise you on special holidays with traditional, typical regional delicacies. All meals are included in the half-board package, while drinks are charged separately. Our focus is on the use of local and seasonal products from Upper Austria and the integration of organic food. The abundance of the surrounding nature is carefully selected and used in every dish to create an incomparable taste experience. Fresh fruit and vegetables come from the region, which not only guarantees the highest quality, but also promotes sustainability and close cooperation with the region. In addition, all teas are EU-certified organic and all ingredients are biodegradable, without the use of any plastic material.
