What time can I check in?
Check-in at the hotel reception is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to park your car in front of the hotel or leave your luggage at the hotel.
Our reception is open until 9 pm.
Where can I park my car?
At COOEE alpin there is free parking in front of the hotels. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it (depending on availability).
Can I still check in after 9 pm?
The late arrival after 9 pm is also possible. Just notify the reception by phone on your arrival day. We will prepare your room card and deposit it in a key safe (Digibox) which is located outside the hotel. You will receive the personal code to open the box before your arrival.

When will breakfast or dinner be served?
Daily from 7 am to 10 am buffet breakfast is served in our COOEE alpin restaurant. Buffet dinner is also served in the restaurant between 6 pm and 8:30 pm.
When is the COOEE alpin Bar open?
The bar in the COOEE alpin hotels is open from 10 am to 11 pm.

Is it possible to book the dinner additionally?
If you have booked your stay with breakfast, you can also spontaneously decide at check-in or at a later time to book dinner.

In all our hotels there are playrooms for children. They are equipped with various games, puzzles and drawing books.
I have a food allergy (gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance). Do I find at your buffet suitable dishes?
If you have a food intolerance, please let us know when booking or before your arrival so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Is there a room where I can store my skis or bike?
In our hotels there is a bicycle room in summer and a heated ski room in winter. In Bad Kleinkircheim and in the Kitzbühel Alps there are even lockable ski lockers and integrated boot dryers, which ensure a comfortably warm skiing experience.
Can I book a snack for a long day in nature?
Have you planned a big trip to the Austrian Alps and need a packed lunch for your adventure? Then contact the reception and you will get a snack prepared for your trip. For a fee of 6,50 € you will get a packed lunch, filled with two sandwiches, a beverage and fruit.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of our hotels.
Is there wheelchair accessibility in the hotel?
Our hotel is for everyone: guests with limited mobility can also spend their alpine vacation with us, there is enough space in our barrier-free rooms in the sleeping as well as bathing area.

Are there special rooms for allergy sufferers?
All our rooms have allergy friendly bedsheets, we do not have carpets in the rooms, but modern PVC floor.
Can I bring my pet?
You are welcome to bring your pet. Please notify us in advance or book your pet on our website. The cost is 10€ per day per pet and you can bring a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, sauna, fitness & RELAX area.
Is there a possibility to get an extra bed or a baby crib?
In several room categories it is possible to add an extra bed or baby crib.
Do I need to bring my own hair dryer, bath towels, soap and shampoo?
In our rooms hairdryer, bath towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are part of the basic equipment.
Can I book a room upgrade at check-in?
Depending on availability, it is possible to book a room upgrade at check-in. At COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein you can upgrade to the Gosaukamm room and at COOEE alpin Hotel Bad Kleinkirchheim to the Kaiserburg room.
Is there a possibility to book a single or double bed?
In all our rooms there are beds that can be separated from each other. If you want us to prepare separate beds for you before your arrival, simply indicate your wish when booking.
Is it possible to rent a bathrobe?
At our reception you have the possibility to rent a bathrobe and slippers for a fee.
Can I drink tap water in my hotel room?
The tap water in our hotels in the Alpine regions have a very good quality. This is due to the fact that the tap water in our alpine regions comes from sources with extremely pure water.

Until what time do I have to check out?
On your departure day we ask you to check out of your room by 10 am.
